Antique Dutch oil painting on wood board.  This is an amazing old painting that is bright and fresh and in its old original gilt frame.  Here, the star of the show is the sky, thundery, moody and magnificent, most likely at sunset as the orange glow from the sky is low on the horizon.  The clouds are reflected in the water, where a boat rests in front of windmills and hints of lilac form an earthly glow.

Date: 1800's
Condition:  The painting is in a good stable condition with minimal faults, however there are slight marks at the edges due to frame rub.  The frame is most likely the original in good sturdy overall condition, but expect imperfections associated with age such as minor damage at the corners and in particular at the top right corner, where there is a mend.
