Vintage post impressionist charming oil painting on board signed by the artist in the lower right corner, Verner.  A bright and cheerful painting with splashes of colour and a delightful array of deep varing hues.  Here, the artist has crafted a study of the interior of a casino, people play at the table while others stand and talk.  It's busy and incredibly animated little painting with some impasto enfored highlights giving texture to the touch and added interest for the eye.

Condition: This painting is in good vintage condition, some missing paint. The frame, also vintage and more than likely the original is in a fair condition.  Expect losses of paint, indentations and wear and tear commensurate with age. The whole comes together very well and makes an unusual and excellent decorative piece.
