Vintage country road landscape oil painting on wood by French artist, Albert Regagnon, it's from the 1930's and signed in the lower left corner. A woman walks down a country pathway past a house whose stone facade gleams in the sunshine. The wooded landscape on the right of the painting gives us a raised thickly dense wood with a myriad of subtle greens all painted with vigour by the artist to animate the painting.
