Atmospheric old oil painting on canvas from the 1800's by French artist, Henri LeRoy. This gorgeous old dark and moody French oil painting from the late 1800's is signed in the lower left corner and is most likely in its original old gilt frame.  Cows graze in a coastal pasture against a backdrop of old trees.  The remarkable lilac hues of this painting dominate the eye whilst the stormy sky and the lying cows brings an anticipation of a change in the weather.
