Vintage nude oil painting by French artist Yves Diey.  This oil on canvas portrait of a woman in Chinese Pyjamas is a typical example of Dieÿ's mastery of the female form and his sophisticated use of color and light.  His painting techniques reflect the French tradition of portraiture and figure painting, with a modern sensibility that conveys both the timeless beauty of the human body and the artist's deep appreciation for sensuality.

Here the artist has captured the essence of his subject, a sensual depiction of a woman in green Chinese pyjamas creating a portrait that seems to radiate calmness, ideal for a bedroom or bathroom.   The depth of colour and clever use of light and shade makes this a stunning portrait.
