Vintage oil painting of a reclining nude by French artist Léon Laurent Galand. This gem of an oil painting on thick board sits within a pretty and complimentary vintage frame. A tasteful composition, the nude reclines gracefully with her head resting on her arms. The only thing she wears is her copper coloured hair! The artist has used elements of light to illustrate the tones of flesh against a dark background with the paint effectively applied both by palette knife and brush.
