Appealing vintage oil on wood oil painting attributed to Henri Levieux (1800's - 1900's not signed) of a woman carrying a bucket in a landscape. Figurative oil painting of a woman. This impressionist painting is beautifully composed with a countryside background and the animated figure of a woman walking with a bucket. The hues are clear and bright with a tonal rendition of country fields, most likely in Spring. The wood board is textured but lightly painted. The artist has left areas of the board bare for highlights.
