Unusual impressionist antique oil painting on wood in its original frame signed and dated (1921) in the bottom left.  There is an inscription on the back, 'L'Ourthe a Sy'.  The Ourthe is a river and Sy a place in Belgium.  Natural hues of green, lilac and beige are used as well as animated brush strokes and plenty of texture which makes an attractive landscape
